Gentle Chiropractic Care
What is Chiropractic?
There are many misconceptions about chiropractic and what we do. Most people think we are back doctors or “bone crunchers”. Chiropractic was founded on the principle that the body’s innate ability to heal itself can be enhanced through proper spinal alignment.
The spine houses the central nervous system. This vital system controls all body functions. When it’s disrupted, the nerve messages are also disrupted leading to an array of conditions. Doctors of Chiropractic restore proper alignment of the spine which facilitates the body’s natural healing mechanisms through the nerve system. By removing spinal misalignments, the body’s innate ability to heal is optimized.
Chiropractors take a holistic approach to healthcare, considering various factors such as lifestyle, diet, stress, and exercise. We aim to address the underlying causes of pain or discomfort rather than just alleviating symptoms.
Tools & Techniques
One of the greatest benefits to our patients is that Drs. Jeff and Dina each practice in their own unique way. Our patients love it because they get the best of both worlds under one roof! Dr. Jeff uses Diversified (gentle manual adjusting), Thompson Drop Table, Activator Instrument and Flexion Distraction table. Dr. Dina uses light touch chiropractic, Network Spinal Care, Activator Instrument, Thompson Drop Table, and soft tissue work. Both of our doctors use Aspen Laser Therapy and Intersegmental Traction.
Chiropractic shouldn't have to be forceful, to be effective.
Many people choose our gentle chiropractic approach because they have heard that it will help their aches and pains. Reduced pain is a definite benefit for our patients at Touch Chiropractic, including relief from:
