Meet The Doctors
Meet Dr. Dina
Sacramento Valley Chiropractor Dr. Dina Keon is passionate about helping her patients live their best lives using a gentle, whole-person approach.
The Path Less Traveled
After an auto accident in her early 20s and exhausting the traditional medical route of “quick fixes” and medications to help with neck pain and headaches, she stumbled upon chiropractic care. This natural and wholistic approach quickly addressed the root cause of her symptoms and lead to a curiosity and passion for healthy living which changed the trajectory of her life.
After completing her studies at Sacramento City College, she moved to the Bay Area to attend Life Chiropractic College West. She graduated in 1997 and soon thereafter co-founded Touch Chiropractic with her husband, Dr. Jeff Keon. Together, they’ve created a wellness “hub” in Sacramento that creates genuine health solutions in an atmosphere of warmth, integrity and cutting-edge clinical expertise.
Dr. Dina has a special interest in wellness education and nutrition, neuropathy, and in caring for pregnant moms, and families. One of her core beliefs is that regaining physical health is the first step to thriving in all aspects of life.
Outside the Practice
Dr. Dina enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, interior design and organization, hiking and being in nature. She loves finding a great treasure while thrifting with her two daughters, Olivia and Ruby.
Meet Dr. Jeff
Dr. Jeff Keon’s underlying goal for those in his care is just that – they know he cares. His clinical expertise is matched only by his unparalleled dedication to helping individuals transform their health.
A Different Kind of Doctor
Dr. Jeff had always wanted to be a doctor. Assuming he would be an MD, he entered pre-med studies at the University of Calgary, in his hometown in Canada. While knee-deep in anatomy and physiology, he was convinced to visit a chiropractor by his sister, for treatment of a stubborn shoulder injury. Within his first few chiropractic visits, he knew that his career path had to change.
“At my core, I’m a functionally minded person. I’m about solutions, not quick-fixes or bandaids. That’s what really spoke to me about chiropractic. Why not get to the heart of what’s not working, and get it working again? That’s the genius of chiropractic – it’s a common sense approach. And its strength, is in its care and humanity. It was a no-brainer – I was going to be a chiropractor.”
After Dr. Jeff finished a bachelors degree, he moved down to the United States to attend chiropractic school. As he studied, graduated, and began practicing, he developed an approach based in the belief that chiropractic care should not have to be aggressive to be effective. He describes his approach as one of “finesse over force”, using gentle chiropractic techniques to help restore motion, balance, and optimal function to the body. He co-founded Touch Chiropractic in Sacramento alongside his wife Dina, creating a wellness center specializing in the art of gentle chiropractic care. Over his years in practice, Dr. Jeff has become a sought-after lecturer on topics of alternative health, neuropathy, nutrition, and exercise. His expertise in both spine and extremity chiropractic care has carved him an integral niche within Sacramento’s healthcare community, as the expert of choice for whole-body chiropractic and rehabilitation.
Outside the Practice
Dr. Jeff is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, and has studied martial arts for decades. He enjoys wood-working, vacationing with the family, and podcast listening. (Need a good personal growth, true crime, or cutting edge science podcast recommendation? He’s your guy.) More than anything, he loves being immersed in family time with Dina and the pride of his life – his daughters Olivia and Ruby.
