What To Expect
The Back-On-Trac is a comfortable, relaxing experience. You will begin your treatment in a seated position on the Decompression Table, and a strap will be placed across your lower legs. Your arms will go over an arm rest. The table will be reclined to a lying position, and calibrated traction will be used based on your specific needs, and your condition. The sessions consist of about 10-12 minutes of gentle stretching and decompression of the lower back.
