Your first visit at Touch Chiropractic will be an opportunity for us to learn about you and your health, and for you to discuss with us your concerns and wishes. We view this first interaction as an essential time for us both to become acquainted. In taking this time, we can ensure that the goals and expectations you have for your health are congruent with the services we provide.
During this “get to know you” visit, we will also perform a thorough examination to see how your body is doing, and to make sure that chiropractic care is the best choice for you. Should we determine that chiropractic is right for you, you will experience your first gentle chiropractic adjustment, beginning a new chapter in your journey toward a greater quality of life.
Attached you will find our new patient forms for you to provide us with your vital information and an outline of your health story. Much of this information will be discussed in our first meeting. At Touch Chiropractic, we address the whole person, not just one specific aspect. You are a “sum total” of all of your life’s experience to this present moment. The more information you can provide, the better we can serve you! We, in turn, commit to providing you as much information about health and well being as possible.
